If the tractor is similar enough to one of the Ford/NH tractors, a cap from NH might work. Often the threads used in this type application are standard inches tapered pipe-thread. It wouldn't give you a dipstick, but there's a chance that an ordinary plumbing part from an hardware store would work. ....
