I have an e304 The power steering quits working when lifting the front-end loader The pump has been
rebuilt and the pressure get up to 1800psi.
Please Help

Sounds like too low of fluid to me. When you raise the loader (depending on the size and type of hydraulic cylinders) you quite possibly lower the fluid level by a few gallons. If this is the problem you will rapidly see the pressure drop quickly----and permanently. 1800 psi doesn't seem like a lot--most systems are higher than that in my experience 2000, 2500, 3000---bigger/newer systems are going up to 35000 and higher.
If 1800 is within spec., then you're okay. If it should be higher, chances are you have ruined the pump already. ....

I'm not sure about this particular model but isn't that normal behavior for machines that have a single pump system? How long have you had this tractor? Is this a new problem or a new (to you) tractor? ....

I have only had this tractor about a year. the man I bought it off of said it was doing it to him just every once in awhile,He said he had the pump rebuilt.the problem
has gotten worse. Thanks ....
