I plan on purchasing a medium size tractor sometime soon and I was very impressed by the Zeetor line of tractors importer from Brno, Czech. Everything I know about tractors has come from visiting dealers and every one of them will not recommend another brand. Their brands are always the best. I like the Kubota L2500 and I know Kubota has a great reputation, however, the Zetor line is much larger physically, has all the features and the same warranty. I farm 40 acres of wheat, oats, soy beans etc- all level, good soil in SW Missouri. Please comment--I would really appreciate the advice. Sam

The small Zetor is not really a compact tractor. It is somewhere between theJD 5000 and 6000 series Ag. tractors in size and ability. But some of the guys onthis list do own larger tractors as well. This Spring I was looking to replacemy ag tractor so I talked to a lot of fellows who owned Zetors and looked atsome new and used machines. The Zetor owners were real pleased with them. A couple of guys had bought more than one. I also looked at some high-dollar lowhour 3020's...and ended up just fixing up my old 530. It does OK for the littlebit of work that I have for a big machine, and we're old friends. Roger L ....

If I had 40 acres to work , my first choice would be the zetor 3340 with the cab AC and a loader. I have had my eye on them for awhile but can not justify one for my spread. It is rock solid and lasts a long time. Everyone I spoke with love there machine. You can find them without cabs with little use. Agdealer in canada had a few listed in like new condition and at a very good price. Shipping to the US was not bad.Best of luck farming your 40.mario ....
