Did you fix your hydraulic problem?
I have a Belarus 500 with the same issue. I cleaned the by-valve, but that didn't work. I also replaced the pump which got the system working, but the next day it was back to moving until a load was put on the system.
On a 500 sitting in seat, the by-pass is on the bottom left side of the hydraulic manifold. It has two bolts holding a plate on. Remove the plate and screw one of the bolts into the valve and pull downward. Make sure you don't lose the spring. Inspect the valve for trash, etc. With the valve out, throtle in off position, and hydraulic pump engaged, turn the tractor over and pump oil through the by-pass valve chamber.
BTW. My tractor calls for 30W for the hydraulic system. ....
